Councillor Vickers is one of the founding member of the Sports Pavilion Working Group (SPWG) formed in May 2017 that later became the Pavilion and Field Working Group (PFWG) as a sub group of the IPC.
Councillor Vickers is also a founding member of the Cricket Club Working Group (CCWG) a sub group of the IPC formed in November 2017.
Councillor Vickers is a member of the IPC Personnel Committee.
