Joyce Mead - Parish Clerk

Clerk Joyce Mead was appointed in August 2018 Meeting and has served as such since then.  As Clerk she is also the Responsible Financial Officer for the Parish Council.

Joyce had served previously as Clerk to the Ingleton Parish Council between March 2001 and  January 2009 when she resigned to take up a position with Richmond District Council (North Yorks)  as a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer.
